BrightSight Group speaker and author Jonathan Littman’s new book, (co-authored with Marc Hershon) is reviewed in today’s Wall Street Journal. From the review, “One key to survival, Messrs. Littman and Hershon say, is to become what they call a “Soloist” and to practice “Solocrafting.” The “six soloist principles” include: “Separation of the pack is not rejection of the pack”; “Achievement won’t always make me popular”; and “Creativity doesn’t fit on a spreadsheet.”
